During a sand play session, I will ask you to place figurines in a formation on sand. You can then talk or think about the scene you’ve created, and rearrange the objects.
These sessions tend to be quiet – you don’t have to talk if you don’t want to. Everything you need to tell me can be seen in the sand.
Of course, you can still book in to see me if you don’t have a Plan.
