What happens during a relaxation session?
During a relaxation therapy session I will guide you through exercises including breathing and mindfulness. EFT (also known as ‘tapping’) can be a part of this as well.
Who is Relaxation Therapy best for?
My relaxation therapy suits almost anyone. It’s not ideal if you have a very busy mind – if this describes you we might look into a different technique.
My services qualify for a Medicare Rebate if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.
Of course, you can still book in to see me if you don’t have a Plan.
