What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), known as "tapping" is a technique to help you move through your distress.

The results from EFT are immediate and, in fact, quite amazing. It's incredible to see the changes your mind can achieve in a single session.

What happens during a session?

EFT involves you tapping on your own body as instructed by me. It’s very straightforward and non-invasive.

Who is EFT best for?

EFT can be used to deal with all kinds of distressing issues.
