I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a special interest in trauma, PTSD, complex trauma and grief counselling. I provide psychological services.

Working across a range of different modalities, I will help you move through your experience and will teach you tools and knowledge that you can draw on whenever you need them.

Taking a holistic and client-centred approach to therapy gives you control over your sessions, taking it as slow as you need and giving you the ability to navigate some of life's difficulties.
